Customer Reviews
Nice clawfoot tub, but delivery could be faster
We finally got our dream cast iron clawfoot tub from here. The tub itself is really beautiful and high quality, exactly what I hoped for. It really makes the bathroom. The price was competitive, especially during their clawfoot tub sale. However, the delivery took closer to two weeks, which felt a bit long. It was a heavy item, so I expected some time, but it held up our project a little. The delivery guys did a good job getting it into the house though, very careful. Customer service was responsive when I called to check on the tracking, which was a plus. Maybe an option for expedited shipping, even for a fee, would be good for some people.
Got a good deal on a vanity
I was looking for a new vanity and checked a few places. VintageTub had a vanity clearance that caught my eye. Found a single vanity that fit our space perfectly. The discount made it a really good value compared to other stores. Shipping was free because of the order size, which saved me a bit more. It definitely felt worth the purchase.
Good experience with a pedestal sink
I ordered a pedestal sink and a bridge faucet for our powder room remodel. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, found what I needed easily. Shipping took about 7 days to get to us in Arizona, which I thought was reasonable for a larger item. It arrived on a pallet, well-crated, no damage at all. The sink itself is solid, heavy ceramic, and the faucet feels substantial. Installation was fine, my contractor didn't mention any issues. I had a question about the drain assembly before ordering and their customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a smooth experience.
Reliable for fixtures
I've bought from VintageTub several times now, mostly smaller hardware like towel bars and robe hooks. This last order was for a new widespread faucet for our guest bath. Just like before, the quality was consistent with previous purchases and it arrived well-packed. It's why I keep coming back.

Hey guys, thinking of ordering a big clawfoot tub from here. How long did shipping take for any of you who ordered something similar? I'm in NYC, wondering if it'll be a nightmare.
Does anyone know if their vanities usually come with faucets? Or do you have to buy those separately? Looking at a double vanity and it's not super clear.
